We recommend flying into Istanbul Airport (IST), on the European side. If you’re arriving at Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), on the Asian side, we can arrange a pickup as well. Please share your flight details in advance.
If you’re travelling on a British or Spanish passport, you can visit Türkiye for tourism without a visa for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Visa requirements depend on the passport you hold, so please check the latest UK travel advice, Spanish government travel advice for Turkey or Türkiye Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa guidance before travelling.
Please check the visa requirements regularly, as they may change at any time.
Most of our events will take place at the hotel, so getting around should be easy. For the yacht evening, we’ll arrange transportation with pickup from the Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel at 6pm. We’ll share any other details closer to the date.
Istanbul is usually warm in mid-June, with average daytime highs around 27°C (81°F) and evenings around 18°C (64°F). This is based on historical averages; the forecast for 17–19 June 2027 will be clearer closer to the date.
